He is a dynamic, inspiring and forward-looking leader who has over 12 years of experience in insurance, financial services and banking sector. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Delhi. 

He is a qualified Registered Valuer for asset class – securities or financial asset registered with Insolvency and bankruptcy board of India (IBBI)

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and with extensive experience in accounting, consolidation, financial reporting, statutory and regulatory compliances. During his internship he got an opportunity to work for world largest IT company Microsoft. As a qualified chartered accountant has worked with multinationals like Infosys, General electric and HSBC. He brings to fore a plethora of knowledge, experience and expertise with proficiency and finesse.

He also holds diploma in information system audit from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

He has vast experience in the area of US Reporting for Securities exchange commission, SEC (USA), he is an expert in Investment Securities and fair valuation reporting.

He is also an Insolvency Professional registered with Insolvency and bankruptcy board of India (IBBI)

His areas of interest include artificial intelligence, block chain, machine learning and exponential technology.

Purnima Nagpal

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree from the University of Delhi. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and with over 10 years of experience in areas of Direct Taxation, International Taxation & Transfer Pricing.

She also holds diploma in information system audit from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). She is also a diploma holder in International Taxation and Transfer Pricing from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

Post qualification, she has worked with Tax India (an Income Tax media house) and gained extensive experience of legal drafting. She has also worked with the Disciplinary Directorate department of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi and handled numerous disciplinary cases including PNB fraud.

She has written many articles on taxation and has interviewed several tax officials. Her area of specialization includes Corporate, allied laws and Direct taxation. She also has keen interest in the Company law matters in addition to Income Tax and International Taxation.

Trilok Nath 

B.Com(H), DGA (National Institute of Financial Management)

He has earned his Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree from the University of Delhi in 1979. As a government official, he has started his career with Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi. After that, over a long and rich span of 35 years, he has served several government departments which includes CBDT, MHA, ITBP, Ministry of Power etc. 

He has also been selected on merit basis for one-year training programme in government audit and accounts in the year 2010 in National Institute of Financial Management Faridabad.

He retired as Sr. Accounts Officer in May 2018 from the Internal Audit Wing (Head Quarters, New Delhi) O/o Chief Controller of Accounts, Ministry of Power, New Delhi on superannuation. This wing of ministry is entrusted to conduct risk-based audit of power DISCOMs operating in Public Sector. 

Since he has a keen interest in academics and constant learning, even post Retirement, he believes in constant upgradation of knowledge through in depth study and analysis of various regulatory compliances.
